Wholesale Smulders B.V. processes personal data about you, because you use our services and/or because you provide this information to us. Below is an overview of the personal data that we process:

The personal data mentioned above are processed for the following purposes:

• Financial administration;
• Delivery and/or assembly of products;
• Sending newsletter and/or advertising;
• Execution of a purchase agreement;

Wholesale Smulders B.V. processes personal data on the basis of the following principles: execution of an agreement, legal obligation and on the basis of your consent.

If you buy products from us, you have the possibility to register in connection with our guarantee. We use your information to schedule and make a possible service visit as accurate as possible. We also maintain your registration after the expiry of the guarantee period, unless we find that the registration is no longer up-to-date or timely.

In the event that you purchase from us for example an accessory, replacement part or device / product, you will be registered with us as a customer. We regularly have contact with our dealer channels in connection with the possible application of products in a specific situation. It may happen that we get knowledge of personal data in this way. For example, because construction drawings or samples are discussed on which address details are listed. Such personal data are not stored by us, but destroyed after advice.

Showroom visit

When visiting our showroom, it is desirable under certain circumstances that you leave your details with us. This happens on a completely voluntary basis. We use your data, for example, to approach you in case of specific questions or to send you a new brochure if you have requested it. Personal data because of requesting information

In the event that you request information (such as a brochure) from us via the website, your data will be stored in our database. Your data will be destroyed by us as soon as they are no longer relevant for the purpose for which they were collected, unless you have indicated on the form that you wish to be kept informed of our products.

Special circumstances

An important reason that we collect personal data is in connection with service purposes. Not only do we use your data to make any service visits as adequate as possible, but the service history of our products is also actively used for product improvements.
